As a small, local business founded in 2020 in Mount Morris, IL, we understand the unique challenges facing our clients and strive to provide them with a personalized experience every time. We use the latest technologies and techniques to ensure accuracy, paired with a creative approach that brings every project to life.​

 

Jeremy Nesemeier, Owner, was born and raised in Ogle County.  After graduating from Kishwaukee College with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, he joined a small design firm in Rockford, IL.  It was there he sharpened his drafting skills in AutoCAD and Revit and became proficient in Photoshop.  His 14 years there gave him an opportunity to work directly with clients in a small, office setting.

 

After deciding to forge out on his own in 2019, he opened County Line Design in January, 2020.  With nearly two decades of experience now, Jeremy has clients all over the country. 

He does drafting work for an Architecture Firm in Scottsdale, AZ. 

He designs post frame structures in almost every state. 

He draws shop drawings for an Automatic Entrance company in Buffalo, NY. 

And he occasionally works on engineering drawings for a firm in Chicago. 
But his favorite work is local. 

He loves nothing more than designing structures nearby, with clients that become friends.  Jeremy has half a dozen programs he is proficient in now, with many tools to provide solutions to his clients.  He can often be found walking through a modelled home, virtually, with a video game controller and headset on.
